Our History

AIM was established in 2004 by experienced Occupational Therapists and Northland locals, Debbie Rafferty and Debbie Glendinning. With over 15 years’ experience, they continue to be the Directors of AIM as well as hands-on principle clinicians to ensure quality service for their clients.

Our Area

AIM is a mobile service with clinicians located throughout the Northland region, including Whangarei Kaipara, Wellsford and the mid to far North regions.

The majority of our work is completed in our client’s workplace or home. If another facility is required, we have accessible rooms in various locations throughout Northland we can utilise.
