Since 2005, Active Intervention Management (AIM) has been dedicated to providing high-quality remote services in Northland. We focus on empowering individuals to regain independence and partner with employers to create safer workplaces, preventing and supporting injury and illness.

• Lots of Variety: No two days are alike. As an AIM team member, you’ll travel throughout Northland, delivering a range of specialised services including Pain Management, Training for Independence Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessment (SRNA), and more. You’ll also have opportunities in corporate health, focusing on injury prevention, support, and wellbeing.
• Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Educate and guide clients, families, and employers while working closely with ACC, Third-Party Insurers, and inter-disciplinary teams to achieve client-centred rehabilitation goals.
