ACC

The AIM team helps over 500 Northlanders recover from an injury every year!

AIM understands that an injury or illness can be challenging for everyone involved

Navigating ACC processes, managing time away from work and supporting an employee’s recovery can feel overwhelming, especially when productivity and wellbeing are on the line.

Our experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Health Nurses, Psychologists and other Allied Health Professionals work closely with your organisation and your employee to provide a personalised, seamless service.

We focus on clear communication, practical guidance and evidence‑based support so everyone knows what to expect at each stage of the ACC journey.

AIM clinicians deliver a wide range of vocational assessments and rehabilitation programmes designed to pave the way for safe, sustainable recovery. Whether it’s identifying suitable duties, developing a graded return‑to‑work plan or exploring alternative solutions, we help remove barriers and keep progress moving in the right direction.

Here at AIM, we know that injuries affect more than just the individual – they impact team dynamics, productivity and business costs.
